Старый город Никосии - лабиринт в истинном значении этого слова. #HelloFromTheTurkishSide 😘 How we missed being #BackInNicosia, the Capital City of #Cyprus - the only one with 2 identities: the #WalledCity’s south side belongs to Greek #Cypriots, while the North is #TurkishCyprus. The South has sort of Europe’s vibe with fancy spas & cosmopolitan restaurants, while up North you find yourself in Aladdin’s magical town: #MiddleEastern as it gets! Each time we’re here we visit a traditional #hammam - this time we tested #HamasiKorkutHamamı / #KorkutHamami, a 19th Century #TurkishBath House where we’ve been lucky enough to have the premises all for ourselves: no guests, not even masseurs, just @nimrodagan & myself laying down on the #hot marble, #relaxing in the #steam. The #hammam is not elegant but traditional - if you search for a fancy-shmenzy #spa, this is not your cup’o tea, but for us #DirtyBoys it was #gay heaven on Earth. 😉 After the #hamam we headed to our favorite local Lebanese: @fanousrestaurantofficial, and we stuffed our faces with amazing #Arab food - the lighting in the restaurant was not great enough for a “#CookOuting by #Kristóf & Nimi - Vegan Foodie Tips 'n' Trips Around the World” post, but I can asure you, if you love #MiddleEast culinary, you’ll ble blown away! 👌🏻 Now checked into @tasevlefkosa guest house & art gallery, a posh & trendy palace offering stylish rooms in #OldNicosia - more #TravelBlog stories are yet to come from #Lefkosa! 😉 xo #SteinerKristóf / #KristofSteiner, blog: www.whitecityboy.com | FB group: #TitkosVeganTraccsparti 🤫
